16th Istanbul Biennial”, WORLBMON by Güneş Terkol and Güçlü Öztekin, MSFAU Istanbul Museum of Painting and Sculpture, Istanbul

Description

The performance is about a processor that focuses on collecting pieces of still time after a story based on extinction fiction. The first story of the processor <andata> was on the refugee data. In an age when the extinction of species takes place and the human species receives money from their data, a group of refugee data organizes counter-data from human species by gathering moments that are pure, untouched and not circulating into the system. <andata> is a participatory performance; after listening to the artist’s story, the audience tells about their past memory/ intimate moments. I will continue to collect and analyze these moments through a digital platform at http://www.andata.site.
